Cancellation: To avoid a one night charge, please cancel your hotel reservation at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date; if we are unavailable, please contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation. Early Departure Fee: An Early Departure Fee of $129.50 (50% of contracted room rate) for guests who depart prior to their confirmed departure date. Surcharge: A mandatory 2% surcharge will be retained on all charges settled via credit card.

A cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival will result in a charge equal to one night's room and tax, and the balance of the cancellation reservation will be considered when calculating any Group attrition charges. No-shows will result in the same charge and consequences. Early Departure Fee of one-night room and tax will apply if you check out prior to the confirmed checkout date.
