Upon completion of your reservation, you will be receive an Accommodation Confirmation Letter with all your details; if you do not receive this letter, please contact us so we can resend it to you.
The Local is covering the cost of the accomodations. Individuals will only be responsible for extra purchases during the conference. Please note that the hotel will require a credit card at check in for incidentals (i.e. room service, movies, damages etc.). If you do not have one, you will have to leave a cash deposit of $50, which will be returned upon check-out (providing no services were used).
