Welcome to the Hotel Reservation Page for the CUPE Ontario Spring School FEB 2026. Please enter as much information as possible so that we can do our best to make your experience a pleasurable one!  

Please note that on-line bookings require a credit card number to process the reservation.  If you are unable to provide a credit card, please contact WE Union Travel via email events@weuniontravel.ca

The first name entered will be the contact delegate.  Please note this CANNOT be changed once completed.

Terms and conditions

To avoid a one night charge, please cancel your hotel reservation at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date (local time); if we are unavailable, please contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation. Please note that charges will apply if you want to check-in earlier than 3PM or check-out later than 12PM. An early departure fee of $50 plus tax will apply if you check-out prior to your confirmed check-out date. A late check-out fee of $50 plus tax will apply if you check-out between 12PM and 4PM and $100 plus tax will apply if you check-out from 4PM to 6PM.

Should I make changes, no-show or cancel my reservation within 72 hours of check-in, I authorize the hotel to charge my credit card the full amount of the penalty. I have read, understand and accept the reservation, cancellation, change and no show policy. I understand that the details completed on this online reservation will be forwarded to the hotel that I have selected in order to make my booking.
