EMAIL ADDRESS: When you register your delegates, each delegate must be assigned their own email address. You will NOT be able to complete the registration form if you use the same email address for more than one delegate. This is an important component. All voting will be done electronically using a third party independent professional and secure voting company, called Data on the Spot, which works in conjunction with Simply Voting. So each delegate will be emailed their own ballot credentials directly from the voting company. To ensure the integrity of the voting process is upheld, each delegate must receive their own voting credentials and that is why each delegate must be registered with a separate email address.
